Tips
Tips for contact card QR codes
First and last name are required
The vCard format needs a full name to save correctly to contacts. Fill in at least first and last name for the best compatibility across devices.
Include country code on phone numbers
Format phone numbers with the country code (e.g. +1 555 123 4567) so the saved contact works correctly on devices in any region.
Use a current, monitored email
The email encoded in your card is what recipients use to follow up. Make sure it is active and checked regularly.
Add a logo for brand recognition
Uploading a logo to the center of the QR code makes it instantly recognizable on business cards and signage, even before someone scans it.

The generator does not embed a photo in the vCard data. You can upload a logo to the center of the QR code image itself, which is visible on the code but is not saved to the contact.
Only first and last name are required. Company, title, phone, email, and website are all optional. Fill in what is relevant — every field you add increases the value of the saved contact.
